WINE MAKING / 葡萄酒酿造
Full matured grapes were picked by hand, fermented in stainless steel vats under temperature control. The wine was macerated for long time to concentrated more tannins, aged in oak to develop more complex aroma.
葡萄成熟后采用人工摘,在不锈钢罐进行严格的控温发酵。发酵完成后进行长期浸皮以提取更多的单宁并进行橡木桶陈酿,以发展出更丰富的香气。
TASTING NOTES / 品酒记录
COLOUR: deep ruby red.
色泽:酒液深宝石红色。
Nose: with intense aromas of matured red fruits such as cherry and red currants, the tints of spice, roast and chocolate brought by oak age make the wine more robust and complex.
闻:酒香浓烈,具有樱桃和红醋栗等成熟红色水果的香气,后期橡木桶陈酿发展出的香料味、烘烤味以及巧克力的味道,让香气更加饱满和丰富。
Mouth: It’s a very pleasant Bordeaux Red, very supple and round, it develops very harmoniously in mouth, pleasant fruity and vanilla bouquet on a lingering gorgeous finish, with special style and character.
