    在葡萄达到合适成熟度的时候，进行机械采摘，进行一次发酵后在大罐中进行二次发酵，再进行等压灌装。 
    Mechanical harvest at proper grape maturity. Fermented in closed cuvee after first fermentation, bottled by pressure filling.
